THE ANSWERS PEOPLE WANT FIRST
Know the timeline
before you book.
Clear, general guidance at a glance. Your exact plan is confirmed only after an individual assessment.
Most sessions take several hours. The graft plan and technique determine the exact duration.
Patients are generally awake. Temporary aching, tightness or swelling can occur afterwards.
Temporary shedding can happen first; early new hairs often appear gradually.
Density and texture continue to develop, at different speeds for each person.
The final timeline varies by treated area, biology and aftercare.
Flights, hotel and airport transfers are not part of the service.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Every important question,
answered clearly.
Search the questions people most often ask about procedure day, recovery, growth, risks and planning.
How long does a hair transplant take?
Most sessions take several hours and commonly occupy most of one day. The exact time depends on the number of grafts, the selected technique and the personal plan.
Will I be awake, and is the procedure painful?
Hair transplantation is commonly performed with local anaesthesia, so patients are usually awake. Pressure may be felt; temporary pain, aching, tightness and swelling can occur after the procedure. Your individual anaesthesia plan is discussed clinically.
Do I stay overnight?
Hair transplantation is usually an outpatient procedure. Whether you can leave the same day and the timing of your first check are confirmed in your personal schedule.
Is shedding after the procedure normal?
The transplanted hairs often shed during the first weeks while the follicles enter a new growth cycle. This does not by itself mean that the grafts have failed.
When does new hair start to grow?
Early new growth often becomes visible around months 3–4. It may begin fine and uneven before becoming thicker over time.
When will I see the final result?
A visible change often develops around month 6, while maturation can continue for roughly 10–18 months. Crown areas may take longer, and every patient follows an individual timeline.
When can I return to work?
Some people feel ready for light work after several days, but redness, swelling or small crusts may remain visible for 1–2 weeks. Physical work may require more time.
When can I wash my hair or exercise?
Washing and activity instructions are personalised. The grafts require special care during the first two weeks, and strenuous exercise is generally restricted for longer. Follow only the schedule given by the clinical team.
What is the difference between FUE and DHI?
These terms describe different parts or approaches within follicular hair transplantation. One label is not automatically better for everyone; donor capacity, hair characteristics, recipient area and the planned direction matter more.
How many grafts will I need?
A responsible graft estimate requires review of the donor area, the size of the recipient area, hair calibre, density and future hair-loss pattern. A number cannot be confirmed from a generic calculator alone.
Is a hair transplant scarless or risk-free?
No surgical technique is completely scarless or risk-free. Possible issues include swelling, temporary numbness, bleeding, infection, scarring and poor graft growth. The risks and suitability must be assessed individually.
Is travel, hotel or airport transfer included?
No. This is an appointment-based clinical service, not a full travel package. You arrange flights, accommodation and transfers independently; we confirm the medical appointment and clinical schedule.
